At Migration Queensland we pride ourselves on providing high quality services to our skilled visa applicants, and in our annual satisfaction survey late last year we were thrilled that we received over a 90% approval rating with our service delivery.
But there’s always room for improvement, and in 2019 there are two key areas we’ll be focusing on – increasing our education events for migration agents and improving our online services.
Also this year, Migration Queensland will present at Trade and Investment Queensland regional investment workshops in Ipswich, Toowoomba, and Bundaberg. The focus of these workshops will be educating small to medium enterprises seeking investment and briefing on the state nomination process for business and skilled visas.
We will also be collaborating with Rockhampton Regional Council in a Rockhampton Region Business Opportunities Seminar which will promote Rockhampton’s investment-ready projects and key industries for business opportunities and share information about Rockhampton as a city to work and live.
Finally, Migration Queensland will be attending the MIA Regional Migration Conference on March 29 2019 in Adelaide to speak on skilled regional visas and to provide insights from the Queensland State government. We look forward to catching up with attendees there.
