Accessing Global Talent: Employer Seminars

Between May and August this year, Migration Queensland will travel across regional Queensland to deliver a series of informative, targeted seminars for employers. These sessions are designed to demystify skilled migration and showcase the talent pipelines available to businesses seeking to help address skills gaps in their workforce that can't be met locally.

Join us for a 1.5‑hour seminar over a complimentary working lunch, featuring practical insights and real‑world case studies on Australia’s migration system. The session will cover: 

• Overview of the Australian migration system and migrant cohorts;  
• Hiring international graduates and employer sponsorship; 
• Employer panel discussion: real case studies and reflections from organisations that have sponsored skilled migrants;  
• Approaches to attract and retain global skills.
