Eligibility criteria

To be considered for Queensland nomination, you need to meet the eligibility criteria of both the Australian Department of Home Affairs and Migration Queensland.  

Australian Government visa requirements and Migration Queensland nomination requirements are assessed separately, and both need to be satisfied.
