MQ Business Migrants Attend 'Taste of Queensland' 2022

Migration Queensland's (MQ) business migrants from mainland China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Europe were invited to attend the Taste of Queensland showcase event, a three-day food and beverage expo from 2 - 4 November 2022 organised by Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.

MQ Business Program (BIIP) interim quota filled

Migration Queensland advises that the interim nomination allocation (quota) for the business program (BIIP) has now been filled.

IMPORTANT NEWS: Proof of English now required as part of MQ nomination application

Migration Queensland now requires evidence of English language to be uploaded to your document portal if you receive an invitation.

Not Processing Offshore Skilled Applications - Migration Queensland Update

Due to the current high number of applications for Queensland State Nomination from temporary migrants onshore who are living and working in Queensland, it is unlikely that Migration Queensland will open to offshore to skilled applicants this financial year.
