Register for a second-stage business visa

If you are the visa holder of Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) or a Special Category visa (SCV) (subclass 444), please complete the following application registration form.

Do not submit a registration form for visas that require an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect.

Please note if you are applying for a renewal of your Investor Retirement (Temporary) visa (subclass 405) or extension of your Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188 Innovation or Significant Investor visa), please email Migration Queensland.

Please note: Migration Queensland will use the email address that you have provided in the form to contact you. If you are a migration agent acting on behalf of a client, please put your email address.
