Business migration program

The Migration Queensland Business Program is closed for the 2023-24 financial year.

Migration Queensland’s Business Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP) nomination program is closed, as no BIIP allocations have been received from the Department of Home Affairs for Queensland or any other jurisdiction for this financial year. 

Please note that we will continue to assess and process second stage (subclass 888) applications. Please see here for more information on subclass 888.
